手頃な値段でステーキが食べられるステーキチェーン店です。家族や友人と会話をしながら食事を楽しむ、というより、ファストフード店のようなレストランで、1人もしくは2人等の少人数で食事をする人が多く見られます。そのため、テーブル席は勿論ですが1人用のカウンター席も多くあります。
比較的人数が少ない時間帯に利用したからか、スタッフは総じて親切な対応でした。入口付近の券売機で食券を購入するのですが、肉の部位・大きさ・焼き加減だけでなく、サイドメニューも選べるものの、非常に多岐に渡るため、訪問回数が少ないとどれを選べばいいか分からなくなります。それを知ってか券売機横にスタッフが常駐し、操作方法を説明していました。また、選び方によって安く抑えられる方法も説明してくれるなど、接客態度は概ね好感でした。
ご飯、水、サラダ、スープ類はセルフサービスです。一方でテーブル台が赤を基調としたカラフルなデザインで、一部の人にはその強烈なデザインに食事があまり落ち着かないかもしれません。

This is a steak chain restaurant where you can eat steak at a reasonable price. It's more like a fast food restaurant than a place where you can enjoy a meal with your family or friends while talking. For this reason, there are many counter seats for one person as well as table seats.
Perhaps because we used the restaurant at a time when the number of people was relatively small, the staff was generally friendly and helpful. You buy meal tickets from the ticket machine near the entrance, and you can choose not only the part of the meat, size, and degree of cooking, but also the side dishes. However, there are so many types of them that if you are not familiar with them you will be quite confused about which one to choose. Perhaps knowing this, there was a staff member stationed next to the ticket vending machine to explain how to operate it. They also explained to us how we could save money by choosing the right one, and we were generally impressed with their customer service.
Rice, water, salad, and soups are self-service. On the other hand, the table tables have a colorful red design, and for some people, the intense design may not make them feel very comfortable eating.
