魚の干物や豚肉・鶏肉を使った料理を提供する食堂です。全ての座席がカウンター式で、テーブルに置かれているタッチパネル式のデバイスで注文します。一部英語で書かれている箇所もありますが、ほとんどが日本語表記であるため日本語が理解できない（あるいは少しだけ理解している）人にとっては利用しづらいと感じるでしょう。
注文から給仕までやや時間を要しますが、無駄ないスタッフの動きでありつつも料理はしっかりと拵えられています。味も無駄に濃すぎずさっぱりとした味付けで美味しかったです。
但し、客が利用するスペースは非常に狭いです。座席の後ろの通路は人一人分が通れるくらいの広さしかなく、すれ違うのは非常に難しいです。さらに入り口に段差があるため、障碍を持つ方、大きな荷物を持つ方の利用はお勧めできません。厨房などのスタッフのみが利用できるスペースも狭いからか、食材が通路に置かれていることがあり、一層狭さを感じることがあります。美味しい料理が給仕されるだけに、いくつか残念な点があります。
