蓮沼駅界隈で非常に人気の高い食堂です。地域住民は勿論、蓮沼駅界隈の店舗や企業に勤めている人も利用し、連日のように長蛇の列が出来ます。開店は11時ですが開店前に既に5組程度の列ができ、休日にもなると開店から僅か15分程度で10組の待ちが出来る程。しかも料理の具材が無くなり次第閉店するので注意が必要です。また、定休日は木曜日ですが、臨時休業する場合もあります。連絡手段は電話のみであるため、電話で開店しているかどうかを確認するといいかもしれません。
定番メニューは志那そばと半カレーです。志那そばの特徴は、あっさりめのスープに喉越しや食感が抜群の麺です。トッピングはチャーシューや半熟卵等定番のものですが、くどさはなくスルスルと食べられます。一方のカレーは、粘り気と苦みが濃いです。人に依って好みが分かれるかもしれず、苦手な人の場合は、味をまろやかにするための少々の生クリームが利用できれば、丁度いい味に感じるかもしれません。

The taste may vary depending on the person. If you are not a fan of it, you may find it tastes just fine if you can use a little cream to mellow the flavor(Unfortunately, there are no seasonings to adjust the taste of the curry).
