金山駅から徒歩5分程度のところにある、建物そのものや客室もコンパクトな造りのビジネスホテルです。
金山駅周辺は、飲食店をはじめとするサービス業の多くに、東南アジアの方々をスタッフに雇い入れる傾向が強いように見受けられ、このホテルも例外ではないように見受けられます。宿泊手続きの範疇であれば特にコミュニケーション不全等は見受けられませんでしたが、基本的にフロントに常駐する機会は少なく、スタッフルームで他スタッフとおしゃべりに興じる様子がよく見受けられます。呼び鈴を鳴らせば対応してくれますが、全体的に可もなく不可もなく、といった接客対応でした。
部屋はかなりコンパクトで、床面積はスーツケース1つ何とか広げられる程度です。バスルームも狭いため、窮屈に感じてしまうのは否めません。少なくとも利用時の清潔さはしっかりと保たれていました。
ロビーも狭めですが、だからこそなのか、アロマの香りが一般的なビジネスホテルと比較すると強めのように感じました（私個人としては不快に感じる香りではありませんでしたが、人に依ってはそうじゃないかもしれません）。少なくともホテルの滞在を楽しむホテルではなく、名古屋近辺の観光やビジネスの拠点として利用するホテルのように思います。

This is a compact business hotel located about a five-minute walk from Kanayama Station. Both the building itself and the guest rooms are relatively small.
As with many restaurants and other service businesses around Kanayama Station, I noticed that some of the hotel staff appeared to be from Southeast Asia. I encountered no particular communication problems when going through the normal check-in and accommodation procedures. However, staff did not seem to remain at the front desk at all times, and I often saw them talking with colleagues in the staff room. They would come to assist when the service bell was rung, but overall, I found the service neither particularly good nor particularly poor—it was adequate for a straightforward business hotel stay.
The rooms are quite compact. There is barely enough open floor space to fully spread out a single suitcase, and the bathroom is also small enough that some guests may find it rather cramped. On the positive side, my room and bathroom were properly cleaned and well maintained during my stay.
The lobby is also fairly small. Perhaps because of the limited space, I found the aroma fragrance used there noticeably stronger than at many other business hotels. I personally did not find the scent unpleasant, but those who are particularly sensitive to fragrances may feel differently.

セントレア空港を見学したかったため、便利な金山駅周辺に宿をとるべく、こちらのリブマックスに宿泊しました。金山駅は名古屋駅や中心地ほど込み入っていなく、人が多くないので、買い物や食事するにも静かで便利です。ホテルは駅から5分ほどですが、周辺はほぼマンションだけで静かです。誤って喫煙室を予約してしまいましたが、フロントでは、喫煙室への変更は無下に断られました。

金山総合駅から歩いて約5分、伏見通りから少し入った閑静な場所にあるビジネスホテルです。客室は狭かったですが、お手頃な値段で宿泊することができるので、コスパを重視する人にはおすすめのホテルです。コンビニも近くにありました。

金山総合駅から徒歩5分程、伏見通りを渡って直ぐのところにあるビジネスホテルです。駅前とは異なり、閑静な環境にありました。施設や設備はキレイでしたが、部屋はかなり狭いです。値段はリーズナブルなので、部屋の狭さは割り切って泊まるならオススメです。
