シンガポールからメルボルンまでスクートで予約しましたが、搭乗する前にスクートから、機材操りのため、シンガポール航空をチャーターしたので、それに振り返したましたという内容のメールが来ました。<br /><br />元のフライト<br />TR18 B787<br />シンガポール1:30発 <br />メルボルン 12:00着<br /><br />新しいフライト<br />SQ 8131 B777-200<br />シンガポール2:15発<br />メルボルン 12:45着<br /><br />私が払ったものは、<br />Departure Fare SGD 246.00<br />Fees and Taxes SGD 21.79<br />Govt. Imposed Aviation Levy SGD 6.10<br />Airport Imposed Pax Security Fee SGD 8.00<br />Airport Imposed Pax Service Fee SGD 19.90<br />Seat Selection Fee SGD 12.00<br />Processing Fee SGD 10.00<br />Total Amount : SGD 323.79<br /><br />航空券のほか、座席指定と荷物15キロを選びました。荷物のお金は、帰って来ませんでしたが、メルボルン到着後6日後に $12 が返却がありました。チャーター機では、毛布・食事が無料で提供されましたが、お酒のサービスは、なく、食事の購入もできませんでした。テレビもありましたが、エンターテイメントのサービスなし、機内誌なし、免税販売もありませんでした。<br />ビジネスクラスは、フルフラットでした。<br /><br />メールの内容<br /><br />Due to tighter aircraft utilization across our network, we have engaged Singapore Airlines to charter our TR 18 Singapore-Melbourne / TR 19 Melbourne-Singapore flights from 01 to 22 October 2018 to minimize inconvenience to our guests and to ensure on-time performance. These flights will be operated with Singapore Airlines&#39; Boeing 772 aircraft. You are strongly advised to read through this email which contains crucial information pertaining to your flight and be informed on the alternative arrangements.<br /><br />As you are booked to depart on TR 18 Singapore-Melbourne and / or TR 19 Melbourne-Singapore during the period indicated, please take note of your new flight schedule (itinerary) as reflected in the table below. Please also retrieve your updated and complete itinerary through the Manage My Booking facility at www.flyscoot.com, and ensure all passengers in your travelling party are aware of the flight changes.<br /><br />Route: Changi Airport ? Refund for eligible ancillary items will be provided to the credit card account used for the booking. For all other payment modes, refund will be made through travel voucher valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. Scoot will process your refund within 04 weeks after the departure date of your flight. Refund is not valid for guests who did not travel on the flight.<br /><br />Please note that duty free shopping, inflight entertainment and in-seat power will also not be available on the chartered flight.<br /><br />**You will still be able to accrue mileage from your PlusPerks purchase on the chartered flights if you have provided your KrisFlyer Membership no. at the time of booking. Miles accruable are according to the mileage listed on our website.<br /><br />KrisFlyer Miles Accrual<br />Starting from 26 April 2018, if you had made this booking after performing a KrisFlyer login, you will still be able to accrue mileage on the chartered flights. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks after you have completed your travel for the miles to be reflected in your KrisFlyer account. If you did not book with a KrisFlyer login, you can still submit a retroactive mileage claim via this link. The number of miles accruable will be subject to your final transaction amount, less refunds, taxes and add-ons that are not eligible, for accrual at a rate of SGD$1=1 mile. More information about miles accrual can be found here.<br /><br />Meal/Snacks/Alcohol<br />If you have pre-purchased meals and require halal or vegetarian meals due to dietary and religious requirements, please contact our call centre by 26 September 2018 to confirm your requirements, so that meal orders can be placed for you. Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate other meal requests.<br /><br />Considering the flight time, you may bring your own food/ snacks to consume on board. If you are bringing liquids, please adhere to the liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGs) requirements You may refer to here for more information on LAGs.<br /><br />Water will be available throughout the flight, however we regret that alcoholic drinks will not be served.<br /><br />Rebooking/Date Change<br />If you need to change your travel dates, please do so through our call centre no later than 26 September 2018. You may rebook from chartered flight to non-chartered flight (regular Scoot flight) only, with change fee and applicable fare difference payable. Booking changes will not be possible after 26 September 2018, as your travel details would have been finalised with Singapore Airlines. Online changes will not be available for these flights.<br /><br />Lounge Access<br />If you have pre-purchased lounge access with your original booking, an entry voucher will be sent to your email address separately at least 24 hours before the departure of your flight. Please produce the voucher with your boarding pass for entry to the lounge.<br /><br />Enquiries<br />If you have questions or require assistance, please direct all your enquiries to the Scoot Call Centre.
