Hiking to Mitake-san, 2013

We went to Mitake san in the golden week in 2013. It was nice to see bright fresh green color.

We got off the train at Mitake station of Oome line. There were many people around the station and bus stop, so we decided to walk to the cable car station. This is Tama river. Still clean water.

It was the season for Wisteria flowers.

This would be the top of Mitake-san.

This is the entrance gate of Mitake shrine. We wanted to take the cable car, to the almost top, but many people there too, we gave up the cable car and walked more.

To the top of cable car station, the path was made clean and easy with asphalt.

Before hiking course, we walked through narrow path along with local houses and hostels.

Nanayo no Taki (Nanayo waterfall). Many hikers took photo with it.

Refleshing place even in Tokyo.

Very big cedar tree, a bit strange shape.

We could see maple trees with red leaves, like autumn.
