ラーメン店と立ち飲み酒場を兼ね備えたレストランです。同じ『肉の万世』ビルにある焼き肉レストランやステーキレストラン以上に大衆色が強い雰囲気を醸し出しています。
給仕されるラーメンは、豚バラ肉に衣を着けて挙げたものをトッピングした『排骨ラーメン』のみで、さらに追加で野菜がトッピングされたものやスープを辛くしたものがあります。麺もモチモチしており程よい弾力で、スープがよく絡みます。そのスープも決して重すぎず、最後まで美味しくいただけると思います。一方で、麺・スープ・トッピング全てにおいてよくまとまった味付けで、万人が美味しく食べられる一方、この店ならではの特徴を見つけづらい、というところを感じました。
店外に設置されている券売機で食券を事前に購入する必要がありますが、券売機のすぐそばにある扉は出口専用で、入口は別に設置されていることに注意が必要です。
『排骨ラーメン』が給仕される客席はカウンター席のみで、テーブル席はありません。この店の入り口付近に設置されているテーブルには基本的に椅子は無く、立ち飲み専用スペースとなっています（基本的に『排骨ラーメン』は立ち飲み専用スペースで食べることは出来ません）。立ち飲み酒場は夜のみの営業ですが、ビールだけでなく日本酒やカクテルなど、多種のお酒が用意されています。

This restaurant combines a ramen restaurant and a standing bar. It has a more populist atmosphere than the Yakiniku or Steak restaurants in the same "Niku no Mansei" building.
The only ramen served here is "Páigǔ Ramen" topped with battered pork belly, with additional vegetable toppings and spicy soup. The noodles are chewy and have just the right amount of elasticity, and the broth mixes well with them. The soup is not too heavy, and you will enjoy it to the end. On the other hand, the noodles, soup, and toppings are all well integrated, and while they can be enjoyed by everyone, I felt that it was difficult to find a unique characteristic of this restaurant.
Tickets must be purchased in advance from a ticket machine located outside the restaurant. Note that the door immediately next to the ticket machine is for exits only, and the entrance is located separately.
The only seating for customers who are served "Páigǔ Ramen" is at the counter, and there are no tables. The tables located near the entrance of the restaurant are generally not equipped with chairs and are for standing drinking only (basically, "Páigǔ Ramen" cannot be eaten in the standing drinking area). The standing bar is open only in the evening, but a wide variety of alcoholic beverages are available, including sake and cocktails as well as beer.
