カウンター席のみ、入口の壁面は全てガラス、という開放的でカジュアルな雰囲気を漂わせるカレー専門店です。給仕されるカレーの盛り付けの色合い、サラッとした食感のカレールーと辛さなど、とてもこだわりがあるように感じるものの、内装や距離感を保ったスタッフの接客対応を見ても決して押しつけがましいものではなく、誰もが気軽にスパイスカレーを楽しめるお店であると見受けました。
入口近くに設置されている券売機で食券をあらかじめ購入する必要がありますが、各テーブルにも注文シートが置かれているため、券売機の操作に慣れない人でも気軽に注文できます。
基本的なルーの具材は、チキン・ポーク・海老・野菜の4種類。1種類のみのメニューもあれば、2種類を選択して合い掛けを注文することも出来ます。調理の行程等はインドの『マサラ』を基本としつつも、食材の多くは日本国内で採れたものを採用しています。『スパイスカレー』と称しているものの、刺激の強い辛さではなく口から全身にじんわりと熱が伝わるような辛さであるため、辛いものが少し苦手な人でも勧められる料理だと思います。落ち着いた色合いの黄色に染め上がった、スパイスとターメリックで炊き上げたライスにも相性がよく、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ました。

The color of appearance of the curry dish served, the smooth texture of the curry roux, and the spiciness of the curry, all suggest that the restaurant is very particular about its food. However, the interior design and the customer service of the staff, who maintain a sense of distance, suggest that this is not an intrusive restaurant where anyone can enjoy spiced curry in a casual atmosphere.
Although it's necessary to purchase a meal ticket in advance from the ticket vending machine located near the entrance, order sheets are also placed at each table, so even those who are not familiar with the operation of ticket vending machines can easily place their orders.
There are four basic roux ingredients: chicken, pork, shrimp, and vegetables, and you can order only one or a combination of the two. While the cooking process is based on Indian "Masala," many of the ingredients are sourced from Japan. Although it is called "Spice Curry," it's not a very strong spicy dish, but rather a spicy dish that gradually heats up the entire body, making it suitable for even those who are not fond of spicy food. The spiced rice, which was dyed a soothing shade of yellow and cooked with spices and turmeric, went well with the dish, and we enjoyed it to the very end.
