車の往来が多い国道20号線の脇道にある鯛焼き屋ですが、周囲は中小企業や住宅街であるからか、車の往来の喧騒をほとんど感じないくらいに静かな場所にあります。平日ですら長蛇の列が出来る程の人気店であるため、休日の列の長さは推して知るべしでしょう。それでも、ほとんどの客はテイクアウトで鯛焼きを購入するため、列に並んでも比較的早く注文出来ると思います（とは言え、鯛焼きを10個単位で購入する一部の客もいるため、たまに列の進みが遅くなる時があります）。
店内には、10席もありませんが、客席があります。基本的に鯛焼きだけですが（餡子のみの販売もあります）、夏季にはかき氷が販売されています。
鯛焼きの皮は薄めであるにも関わらず、外側はパリっとした食感、内側はモチモチした食感と、両方の食感を楽しめる絶妙な硬さ加減になっています。中にはたっぷりの餡子が入っており、鯛焼きの尻尾まで餡子が詰まっています。甘さも控えめであるため、甘いものが苦手な人にも充分美味しいですが、出来立てという事もあり結構熱いです。熱いのが苦手な人、お子さんは食べる際は注意が必要かもしれません。
This Taiyaki shop is located on a side street of Route 20 where is a lot of traffic, but it's so quiet that one hardly feels the hustle and bustle of car traffic, probably because it's surrounded by small and medium-sized businesses and residential areas. The shop is so popular that even on weekdays there is a long line of customers, so one can only guess how long the line is on weekends and holidays. Still, most customers purchase Taiyaki for takeout, so even if you wait in line, you can order relatively quickly (although some customers purchase Taiyaki by the dozen, so the proceed of the line sometimes slows down).
There are no more than 10 seats in the restaurant, but there is seating for customers. Basically, the shop sells only Taiyaki (only red bean paste is also available), but shaved ice is also available during the summer season.
Despite the thinness of the Taiyaki crust, the outside is crispy and the inside is chewy, with just the right amount of hardness to allow both textures to be enjoyed. The inside is filled with a generous amount of red bean paste, and even the tail of the Taiyaki is stuffed with red bean paste. The sweetness is moderate, so it's tasty enough for those who do not like sweets, but it's also quite hot because it's freshly made. People who do not like hot food and children may need to be careful when eating it.
