新大久保駅周辺には多くの飲食店があり、それらの飲食店の多くが混雑しているにも関わらず、平日休日問わずこのレストランは空いています。フランチャイズレストランであり、同じ質の料理を他のレストランでも堪能できるからかもしれません。
入口脇に設置されている食券の券売機で食券を購入します。券売機の各ボタンには、料理の写真の他、料理名の英語表記もあるため、海外からの観光客も気軽に利用できます。また、レストランの入り口は段差がないため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方でも気軽に利用できます。
いずれのカレーも、基本的にルーは甘めで、テーブルにあるスパイスで好みの辛さに調整します。様々なトッピングが揃っていますが、そのほとんどのトッピングに、トンカツが含まれています。トンカツの上にカレールーがかけられた状態で給仕されるため、衣のサクサク感はやや薄れますが、それでも丁度いい柔らかさに仕上がっていると思います。
