日本の領土の主権の問題を取り上げた展示室。無料で拝観できる。北方領土・竹島・尖閣諸島の三部で構成されており、展示の内容は手法は文字情報による説明が多いため、大人向けと言える。しかし、老若男女あらゆる世代の人に見てほしい施設と言える。
単に日本側の主張や正確な資料（歴史的な史料含む）の提示だけでなく、第三国の入念な調査を基とした見解も展示されているため、信憑性は極めて高い。一方で、日本は排他的経済水域と領海を合わせた面積は世界6位と非常に広大であり、言うまでも無く海底資源が豊富であることが、領土領海の維持と防衛を日々困難にさせていると言える。加えて日本は領土を不正に占拠している輩を排除するための武力は持たず、全てにおいて平和的外交もしくは国際裁判に阿る手段しか持たず、現在対立中の国家はそういった交渉や中立機関の介入を拒否したり一方的に破棄する有様である。事象の大小問わず、対立する相手が手段を選ばず、交渉に活用できる手段が極めて限られている中での交渉というのは、如何に困難を極めるか、ということを突き付けられる。
展示内容はほぼ全て日本語である（一部アプリ英語で説明してくれるQRコードがある）。可能であれば日本語・英語だけでなく様々な言語を活用してほしいところである。

An exhibition hall that addresses the issue of sovereignty over Japanese territory. It's free to visit. It consists of three parts: Northern Territories, Takeshima, and Senkaku Islands. The contents of the exhibition are for adults, as the methods are mostly explained by textual information. However, it's a facility that should be seen by people of all ages and genders.
The exhibits are extremely credible because they not only present Japan's claims and accurate data (including historical documents), but also views based on careful investigations by third countries. On the other hand, Japan's exclusive economic zone and territorial waters combined are extremely vast, ranking 6th in the world. Needless to say, the abundance of undersea resources makes the maintenance and defense of its territorial waters a daily challenge. In addition, Japan has no armed forces to eliminate those who are illegally occupying its territory, and has only peaceful diplomacy or international courts to resort to in all cases, and the countries currently in conflict refuse or unilaterally abandon such negotiations or the intervention of neutral institutions. This is a stark reminder of how difficult it is to negotiate, regardless of the size of the conflict, when the opposing party is willing to use any means at its disposal, and when the means available for negotiation are extremely limited.
Almost all of the exhibits are in Japanese (there is a QR code that explains some of the exhibits in application English). If possible, we would like to see the application use not only Japanese and English, but also various other languages.
