新橋駅前の商業施設『ニュー新橋ビル』の4階にあるとんかつレストランです。『ニュー新橋ビル』自体には多くの飲食店がありますが、4階は、雀荘などの大人向けの店が多いからか、フロア自体やや近寄りがたい雰囲気を醸し出しています（特に夜間）。そのためか、ランチタイムはそれなりに利用客は多いものの、ディナータイムは全くと言っていいほど利用客はいません（他のフロアの飲食店では列が出来る程の人気ぶりであるにもかかわらず）。
給仕される料理は、いずれも熱々で美味しくはあるのですが、値段としてはやや高いように感じます。主に赤みの多い肉を使っているため、噛み応えはある一方で、肉汁のジューシーさはやや少ないように思います（その分、さっぱりとした味わいで、食後の重苦しさは感じられません）。
席数はカウンター席とテーブル席合わせて20席程度と、やや狭い印象を受けます。スタッフの接客対応の質は可もなく不可もなく、といった感じです。なお、支払方法は現金のみです。

This Tonkatsu restaurant is located on the fourth floor of the New Shinbashi Building, a commercial facility in front of Shinbashi Station. There are many restaurants in the New Shinbashi Building itself, but the 4th floor itself has a somewhat inaccessible atmosphere (especially at night), perhaps because there are many shops or stores for adults, such as mahjong parlors. Perhaps because of this, there are relatively many customers at lunch time, but not at dinner time (despite the fact that the restaurants on other floors are so popular that there are lines of people waiting in line).
The dishes served are all hot and tasty, but the prices seem a bit high. The meat is mainly reddish, so while it is chewy, the juiciness of the meat seems a bit less (which makes it light and refreshing and does not leave you feeling heavy after the meal).
The number of seats is rather small, with only about 20 seats at the counter and tables combined. The quality of the staff's customer service is neither good nor bad. Payment is by cash only.
