ラゾーナ川崎の4階のレストランの中でもかなりの人気を誇るハンバーグとステーキのレストランです。主な料理は店名にもある通りハンバーグとステーキですが、種類は少ないもののオムライスやカキフライ・エビフライなどバラエティに富んでおり、特に小さなお子さんには喜ばれるレストランだと思います。ハンバーグやステーキに添えるソースやトッピングもバラエティに富み、様々な味付けを楽しむことが出来るのもこのレストランの特徴の一つです。
一方で、油が飛び散るほどのアツアツの状態で給仕されるため、火傷及び衣服の汚れには注意しましょう。衣服の油汚れを避けるためのエプロンや、荷物の油汚れを避けるためのカバーが提供されます。
比較的空いている時間帯に利用したからか、スタッフの対応は終始良好でした。それでも、休日のランチタイムなど大混雑する時間帯の対応はスタッフに周知済みだと思うので、不愉快な対応をされる機会は滅諦にないでしょう。
入口には段差があり、またやや狭いため、車椅子などの障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方はやや利用しづらいと思うかもしれません。

As the name suggests, the main dishes are hamburgers and steaks, but although there are only a few varieties, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes such as rice omelets, fried oysters and fried shrimps, which will be especially appreciated by small children. The variety of sauces and toppings that accompany the hamburgers and steaks is also one of the restaurant's features, allowing diners to enjoy a variety of flavors.
On the other hand, be careful not to burn yourself or get your clothes dirty as the food is served hot and splattered with oil. Aprons to avoid oil stains on clothes and cover clothes to avoid oil stains on luggage are provided.
Perhaps because I used the restaurant during a relatively empty time of day, the staff was responsive throughout. I think the staff is well aware of how to deal with large crowds on holidays, such as lunch time, so the opportunity to be treated unpleasantly is seldom given up.
