赤羽駅の東口にある純喫茶です。赤羽駅を降りるとよく目立つ看板が目に入りますが、実際に中に入ると、アンティークに囲まれた落ち着いた雰囲気の内装になっています。1階と2階の2階構造となっており（2階では喫煙可能です）、昇降は階段のみです。そのため障碍を持つ人や大きな荷物を持つ人は1階での利用となります。
スタッフの接客は可も無く不可も無く、そつが無く淡々と接客します。多少無機質ではありますが、程よい距離感をとってくれます。
ケーキは出来合いのものですが、コーヒーは自家焙煎のものが給仕されます。香り・味は少し薄目でやや物足りないかもしれませんが、薄暗く店外の喧騒の音もほとんど遮断されているところを見ると、ホッと一息つくには丁度いいかもしれません。

There are two floors, the first floor and the second floor (smoking is allowed on the second floor), and the only way up and down is by stairs. The cakes are ready-made, but the coffee is roasted in-house and served. The aroma and taste may be a little thin and lacking, but seeing that the place is dimly lit and the sounds of the hustle and bustle outside are almost completely blocked out, it may be just right to take a breather.
