五反田で毎日のように行列が出来るほどの人気を誇るお店の一つです。ビーフとチキンの2種類をベースとしたルーに、野菜や牛スジなどのバラエティ豊かなトッピング。香辛料に頼らず数時間かけてじっくり煮込ませるため、コクが深くやわらかな味になっています。
給仕はスピーディで正確。しかし店内が狭いため、着席や会計などにやや窮屈さを感じます。さらにルーを作るのに多くの時間がかかるにも関わらず人気の高い店であるため、日によってルーの味、トッピングの量が微妙に変わることがあります。
海外からの観光客の利用も増えてきているため、英語のメニューもあります。

The serving is very speedy and accurate. But, because the inside of the restaurant is very narrow, you'll feel cramped. And you'll feel that the taste and quantity of roux change subtly from day to day. Because it is a popular restaurant, creation of roux may not catch up.
Because the use of tourists from overseas is also increasing, menu written by English is available.
