住宅街の中の数少ないレストランの一つです。しかし、入るや否や雰囲気の暗さにビックリ。休日のランチタイムであるにも関わらず、来店者数は5人にも満たず、全員1人のため会話もありません。店内は10席も満たず全ての席が1～2人用ですので、まとまった人数での来店には向きません。
接客係はおらず、シェフが1人で切り盛りしていました。不愛想ではないのですが話下手のようで、お世辞にも接客が上手ではありません。ですが、料理の腕は確かで、この日注文した鶏のソテーも、皮はパリッとしていて、肉はふっくら。絶妙な火加減でジューシー。ソースも絶妙に絡み合い、最後まで美味しくいただきました。
ですが、メインディッシュ以外の、サラダ・パンの盛り付けのセンスが皆無に等しいのが最大のマイナスポイント。盛り付け用の食器は食材と全くかみ合っておらず、とてもメインディッシュを作っている人と同じ人のものとは思えない盛り付けでした。一つが突き抜けていても、それ以外のマイナスポイントがあまりにも目立ちすぎたのが残念でなりません。
The restaurant is located in a residential area, one of the few restaurants in this area. However, I felt its atmosphere is very dark. Despite being lunch time in holiday, the customers were fewer than five including me. It might be not elements or ideas to brighten the atmosphere like BGM. The number of seats is about 10, and all tables are for 2 people, the visit by large number of people is completely unsuitable.
The staff at the visit was only a chef. Although he is not unfriendly, he might be very weak in the customer service. However, his main dishes are very wonderful. Saute of chicken that I ordered in this day was all exquisite.
However, the only main dish was wonderful. Side dishes such as salad and bread are completely inferior. There is no sense all in the combination with the plates, and the arrangements of dishes. The main dishes are wonderful, but it is a restaurant that I can not recommend much.
