連日混雑する、名古屋名物の台湾ラーメンのお店。2フロアあり、開放的な空間、席数も充分あるのに、それでも連日混雑するのは、その人気ゆえと、料理の手ごろな価格にあるのでしょう。
いずれの料理も、大衆食堂ならではの品、という感じで、これぞ絶品！というものはありませんが、辛さや味付けは病みつきになるかもしれません。味仙の台湾ラーメンはそれだけでも既にブランドであり、家庭でも作れるパッケージが販売されてもいます。
ランチなどでは大量の人や注文を捌かなければならない、という事情だと思いますが、サービスはとりわけ不手際なものでは無いものの、ややぞんざい。食器の洗浄も中途半端。料理の価格が安めですし、大衆食堂ではありますから、そこは大目に見る、という人もいると思います。
