ハンガリー、スロバキア、スロベニアを3週間かけての旅は、まずは、ハンガリーから！

We started a 3-week trip from Hungary!

＜ブダペスト＞
やたら、めっちゃ古い車が所々に。日本では見ないよね。こんなに古い車、車検が通るのだろうか？？　個人的には嫌いではないな〜。

＜in Budapest＞
There were lots of old cars everywhere in the city. I don't really see those kind of old cars in Japan. Did they really pass the car check? I personally like old cars, though.

パブみたいな所で朝食。
う〜ん、はっきり言って、まずかった。

We had breakfast at a place like a pub.
It wasn't good...

その朝食といっしょにオーダーしたアイスカフェラテ。何、これ？　でっかー。あ〜んど、「アイス」なのに、ホット用のカップに入ってた。味は、おいしかった。

This is an iced cafe latte which came with the breakfast. It was big and was in a cup for hot drinks. It was pretty good.

またまた古い車発見！

I saw an old car again!

これまで色んな国のさまざまな博物館に行ったが、ここは、一番心に残ると言っても過言ではないかも。中では写真撮影が禁止されていたので写真はないけれども、第二次世界大戦中にロシア人がアトランダムにハンガリー中から捕らえてきた普通の人(無実）を拷問したという場所が当時のままで残されている。人間は、恐ろしいとつくづく感じる。

Terror Museum
Although I went to lots of museums in many countries, this museum was the one of the museums I can not forget. Taking photos was prohibited, so I don't have any pictures taken at the museum. You can see rooms where the Russians captured people from all over Hungary and tortured them during World War 2. It freaked me out.

そのレストランでオーダーしたランチ。塩辛かった〜。量がやたら多い。

I had this at the restaurant. It was salty. The portion was big!

バスツアーに参加。
ブダ王宮などがある丘に行った。

We took a bus tour which took us to the top of the hill where the castle was.

そこで結婚式が行われていた。

A wedding ceremony was held there.

宿泊したホテル（Ibis Hotel）のすぐ側にあるレストランで夕食。あまり期待せずに行ったところ、物凄くおいしかった（グリルしたマグロとチーズリゾット）！盛り付けも繊細でグッド！

We went to a restaurant for dinner just beside the hotel(Ibis Hotel) we stayed. The food at the restaurant was fantastic! It was presented very well. I ordered grilled tuna and cheese risotto.

これも、またおいしかった(鴨のグリル)！
オーダーした2皿があまりにもおいしかったので、調子にのって、サラダもオーダーした。そのサラダは、普通。そうそう、そのレストランの名前は、Soul Cafe. ブダペストに行った際は、是非、行ってみて！

After we had those two plates, we ordered a salad because those two were so good, but it was just O.K.　The name of the restaurant is Soul Cafe.

次の日のランチも結局、Soul Cafeで。

We also had lunch at Soul Cafe next day.

そこでオーダーした、チーズケーキ。
これは、絶品だった！

This is the cheese cake we ordered at Soul Cafe. It was great!

午後から電車でセンテンドレへ。

We went to Szentendre after lunch.

＜センテンドレ＞
野外民家博物館
ハンガリー内10地域から18世紀終わりから20世紀初頭までの民家が300件ほど野外に展示されている。

＜in Szentendre＞
You can see about 3 hundred houses which were built between the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 20th century. They were moved there from 10 areas in Hungary.

部屋の中も見れる。

You also can see inside of those houses.

水車もあった。

There was also a water mill.

羊ちゃん達もいた。暑いのか、みんな影に集まっていた。かわいい〜。

There were sheep as well. They all gathered together in the shade to escape from the heat. They were so cute!

Some sheep struggled to be in the shade!

小さな教会もあった。

There was a small church there.

農機具もあった。

There were some farm equipment there.

おばちゃんがクッキーを焼いていた。

An old woman was baking cookies.

パンを焼く時に使った今で言うオーブンのような物。村人達で共有していたらしい。私には、この形が饅頭に見えてしかたがない。

These are ovens which people used to use for baking bread. People shared them. The shape of these ovens remind me of a Japanese sweet called "Manju".

＜ブダペスト＞
ブダペストに戻る。
センテンドレへは、day tripだった為、戻った時には既に日が暮れていた。


We came back to Budapest. We went to Szentendre for a day trip, so when we came back it was already dark.

同日、行きたかったレストランがなんと閉まってて、長時間に亘り歩き回り、結局は、ホテルの近くのレストランへ行った。ラストオーダー滑り込みセーフだった。時間も時間だったので、とりあえず何か食べれればいいと思っていたところ、意外やこれがおいしかった。

The restaurant we wanted to go for dinner that day was shut! We walked around for a long time and ended up with going to a restaurant near the hotel we stayed. They'd started to take last order for food. We were lucky we could eat at least something. The food was much better than we'd expected.

これまた、とってもおいしいワインだった。

It tasted very good!

まるで迷路。真っ暗な中を行灯１つで歩いたんだけど、あまり人はいなく、気持ち悪かった。

It was like a maze. It was so dark and not many people were there. It was scary.

レストランにて。

年配のおじ様、おば様達が、酔っ払って歌を大きな声で歌ってた！　何曲も歌い、歌う歌がなくなったのか、挙句の果てには、"ハッピーバースデートウユウー♪”ときた！誰の誕生日でもなさそうだったが。。。

Elderly people were drunk and sang many songs. Eventually, they started to sing "Happy Birthday", maybe bacause they ran out of songs they could sing!

ハンガリー人は、英語がほとんど話せない人ばかりなので、プラットホーム探しに困った！

I saw these flowers a lot in Hungary.

ショプロンは、人が少なく、とってもリラックスできる街でした。気に入った。

There weren't many people in Sopron,so I could relax a lot. I really liked this little town.

夕食後は、地元の人が集うワインバーへ
グラスワインがなんと70円くらいだった。しかも、おいしかった。

明日は、スロバキアへ。

We went to a bar which local people go to after dinner. A glass of wine was only 70 yen and was good!

We moved on to Slovakia next day!
