海鮮料理が給仕されるレストランが多い沼津港の商店街の中で、ハンバーガーを取り扱う唯一のお店です。とは言え、給仕されるハンバ... 続きを読むーガーに使用されるパティは、まぐろや金目鯛等の魚肉を使用したものがほとんどです（牛肉や鶏肉を使用した料理も少なからずあります）。 各ハンバーガーの価格は、ファストフードチェーン店よりもやや高め。見た目や、パティ以外のバンズ等に使われている具材もファストフードチェーン店のハンバーガーとほとんど変わらず、奇を衒ったところが無い分、気負うこと無く食べることが出来ると思います。パティは少しパサパサしており、ふっくらとした食感は少し失われているように感じました。まぐろや金目鯛ならではの味はかなり薄らいでいるようにも感じましたが、魚介類独特の匂いは全くせず、魚介類が苦手な人でも安心して食べられると思います。 注文カウンターで予め注文と支払いを済ませた後、番号が記された札を渡されます。しばらくすると、注文した料理が札のあるテーブルに給仕されます。食べ終わった後はトレイなどを返却カウンターに返却します。スタッフの接客対応の質は、元気でハキハキとした対応で、概ね良好だと思いました。 出入口は2か所あり、注文カウンターに近い出入り口には段差があるものの、もう一つの出入り口にはスロープがあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できると思います。 Among the many restaurants in the Numazu Port shopping area that serve seafood, this is the only restaurant that serves hamburgers. However, most of the patties used in the hamburgers served are made from fish meat such as tuna and sea bream (there are also a few dishes made from beef and chicken). The price of each hamburger is slightly higher than that of fast food chains. The appearance and ingredients used in the buns other than the patty are almost the same as those used in fast food chain restaurants, so you can eat them without any fuss. The patty was a little dry, and I felt it lost some of its fluffy texture. The unique flavors of tuna and sea bream seemed to have been diluted, but there was no distinctive seafood smell, so even those who do not like seafood could eat it with peace of mind. After placing your order and paying in advance at the order counter, you will be given a tag with a number on it. After a few moments, the dish you ordered will be served to the table with the number on it. When you have finished eating, return the tray and other items to the return counter. The quality of the staff's customer service was generally good, with cheerful and cheerful service. There are two entrances and exits. The entrance near the order counter has steps, but the other entrance has a ramp, so it's easily accessible to people with disabilities such as wheelchairs. 閉じる

地元食材を使ったメニューが売りだそうだ。
ただ、ラテにしてもマグロにしても深海魚にしても
地元のものなのか？調理された品を食べても特色はない。
ありきたりのメニューにしてしまうのなら
一工夫がないのは痛い。
ありきたりだからこそ、特色がないとCP的にもよろしくなく感じる。
モス式に注文がはいってから調理するので
待つ時間が長くなるので、混みあってるようにみえるが
実際は、そんなこともない。
